MICR stands for Magnetic Ink Character Recognition. MICR E13B is a special font that is used on bank checks and drafts in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Panama, UK, and other countries to print E13B characters for magnetic recognition and optical character recognition systems. This TrueType & PostScript font set gives you the MICR encoding font needed to print checks on multiple bank accounts. Also print the check amount and payee name in a way that is hard to forge.
